Some of our products may come from different warehouses. This means you may receive more than one shipment from a single order. However, in our endeaver to keep our shipping and handling as low as possible, we use the following rates for all our items ordered together to one shipping address:

Most orders ship in 3-7 business days of receiving them. Personalized orders will delay shipping by an additional 2-5 business days (expect slightly longer times during the busy Christmas season and order early. If any item you order is out-of-stock and needs to be back-ordered, we will contact you with that information in a timely fashion. If you need something faster than noted here, please e-mail us and we will do our best to get your order out sooner. (Personalized items cannot be rushed. Please be patient; they are worth it!)
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 8% will be collected on sales within the state of Alabama only.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. For that reason we select only the best products. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Exchanges for our themed bedding line (which includes all related theme items) are for items received damaged or defective only. Contact us within 7 days of receipt in the case of damaged or defective merchandise to arrange the exchange. At our discretion we may select to refund the damaged or defective merchandise upon your request instead of exchanging it.
To return any of our furniture, contact us within 7 days for a return authorization via email at returns@achildspalace.com. Returns must be in original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. There is a 25% restocking fee charged upon receipt of the merchandise received back in salable condition. The original shipping fee is deducted from the remainder. If any parts are damaged on return shipping, the costs to replace them are also deducted. The refund due will then be credited to the original credit card used to place the order.
Out-of-Stocks, Errors and Omissions:
If you order an item that we find to be out-of-stock and we are expecting it in stock within then next 7 days, we will hold your order and ship the entire order when it comes in. If it will be longer, we will notify you as soon as we become aware and you will have the option to wait and have us ship that item separately when it comes in, select another item, or receive a refund for that portion of your order.
From time to time we may make an error in updating the website and a price or item might be input incorrectly. If there is an error in pricing on the website, we retain the right to correct the price, even after you order. Should this happen, we will contact you and give you the option to either request a refund, order another item, or pay the correct price. We may or may not offer a discount for the inconvenience, but we are not obligated to do so.
Privacy Policy:
We will NEVER sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever, for any reason. If you sign up for a newsletter you will have the right to opt out of it at any time. Feel free to read our full Privacy Policy.
